CASK STRENGTH TENNESSEE STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY

An original and authentic Tennessee Straight Rye, crafted by Master Maker & Blender, J. Arthur Rackham aka Daddy Rack. 95% rye and 5% malted barley, double distilled using short column and copper pot stills and ‘Double Mellowed’ (filtered twice through maple charcoal), enhancing the whiskey by removing impurities.

  • Created by Master Maker & Blender J. Arthur Rackham, aka Daddy Rack and released in 2024. This latest release is crafted with the same authenticity, including the Lincoln County Process (Double Mellowing).

    Each small batch bottling comes from just 20 carefully selected barrels, followed by the original Daddy Rack Master Blend using his original recipe (no caramel, colouring or anything else is ever added). Before resting and bottling, each batch goes through a second light maple charcoal filtration and finally bottled at Cask Strength.
