create an original liqueur

The Gabriel Boudier Wizard Award competition was launched nationally in 2015 by Emporia Brands. UK Bartenders are invited to create an original liqueur or créme recipe and enter it into the competition for the chance to win £1000 and their recipe developed by award-winning liqueur producers, Gabriel Boudier.

3 REGIONAL HEATS

Dividing the country into three regional heats (Wizard of the North, Wizard of the South and Wizard of Scotland), participating bartenders showcase their liqueur recipes and a simple and signature serve to a panel of industry experts judged on a strict criteria from Gabriel Boudier.

The winning Wizards of the regional finals will then be invited to the Grand Final taking place in Dijon, France. Here they will present their recipe to the Master Wizards of Gabriel Boudier, with one recipe being selected to be developed and launched that year.
