A keeper of mixed traditions, protecting more than 65 ingredients including anise mixed with angelica, sagebrush, star anise, cinnamon mixed with cardamom, cornflower and tonic beans, cloves mixed with grains of paradise, peppers, balm, liquorice mixed with nutmeg, rosemary, sage, thyme and many others that are all a closely guarded secret. A great pastis produced for connoisseurs which stimulates the palate without numbing it.

On the nose the first anise notes moves aside for plant aromas followed by more exotic spices such as cardamom, Melegueta pepper and Tonka bean. The palate is intense and powerful with an elegant aromatic profile and long finish.
