Distilleries et Domaines de Provence Douce Liqueur is a delicate combination of pear brandy and Cognac. After the fermentation of the Williams pears, the pear must is distilled to obtain the brandy. The pear brandy is then blended with the Cognac and some natural sugar.

    Douce Liqueur can be enjoyed chilled, over crushed ice or in a cocktail and works wonderfully with the following flavour profiles: Pear, Chocolate, Pineapple, Lemon or Raspberry.

  • Golden in colour. A fruity nose with a dominant pear note that evolves into vanilla notes. A sweet pear attack on the palate evolving nicely into vanilla with woody and structured notes and long-lasting aromatic finish.
